If your contact or membership information changes, please notify Reception, Human Resources, or the Privacy Officer. Updates are free and handled promptly.

  • Contact Reception or the Privacy Officer
  • Tick “I do not wish to receive Club information” on your membership form
  • Click “Unsubscribe” in marketing emails

Complaints and Concerns

If you believe your privacy has been breached, contact our Privacy Officer in writing. We’ll review your concern and respond accordingly.

Drug Use Policy

Galaxy Motel maintains a zero-tolerance approach. If illegal substances are found in a room, the matter will be reported to the police and you will be required to vacate the motel immediately.
